Shipments and Returns
We currently offer shipping to the UK and a number of countries within the E.U., including Ireland, Italy, France and Germany.
To check if we offer shipping to your country, click 'Your Account', 'Create Account' and check the available countries from the drop-down box.
Please allow up to 3 working days to pick/pack your order before it is dispatched - while orders are generally dispatched next day, during certain busy periods it may take more time.
Standard Delivery service is with Royal Mail for smaller orders, such as blades, and Parcelforce for larger orders.
The majority of Royal Mail packages are sent via First Class (Sign For) Service.
The standard delivery for tools etc is the Parcelforce 48hr service.
Please Allow 1 to 5 working days for the delivery (UK holidays not included).If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide information and further options.
Please note, deliveries outwith the UK mainland and areas of the Scottish Highlands may take longer than 5 working days to arrive.
Smaller orders (e.g. Blades, accessories) are sent via Royal Mail Airsure
Larger orders (e.g. Tools, Cases) are sent via TNT International
Postal times vary, depending on the local services in your country - TNT advise around 5 working days from dispatch, with the Royal Mail generally taking a similar length of time.
If you wish to track your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the TNT International Consignment Number, or Royal Mail Airsure Tracking number.
Please note that certain smaller items, such as blades or small accessories may not be tracked.
Postage charges are only valid for orders of up to 12Kg. If your order exceeds this limit, an excess postage charge will be incurred. We will contact you in this event to organise further payment.
We often recycle and re-use packaging and cardboard shipping cartons, so the package you receive may be in a used cardboard box. This is part of our ongoing effort to reduce packaging wastage - please do not assume that an old/re-used box reflects the age or use of the product.
By purchasing from our store, you are automatically opted in to our mailing list. This can be unsubscribed from at any time, using the link at the bottom of the email newsletter, or by emailing 'STOP' to email@example.com.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
