If returning an item that is for repair, replacement or refund, please print out and fill in the Returns Form and include it with your item.
Items returned for a refund must be sent back within 14 days of receipt and be in 'as-new' condition.
Please note, items returned for repair using this form must be under warranty
(Warranty period: 1 year from date of purchase for new tools; 90 days for Exakt refurbished tools).
If the fault with the tool is due to user error, the repair may be chargeable.
Where your item is outside of the guarantee period but requires a repair, you can send your tool to us to be fixed by an Exakt technician at a cost of £25.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then it can be returned to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Items can be returned for a refund, excluding delivery charges and a 10% re-stocking fee, or exchanged for an alternative product.
The postage cost of returns is your responsibility.
The item must be received before a refund can be processed.
